How do the charms go on?
Our jewellers fit every charm onto the HQ Bracelet before we post it, free. A real jeweller, not a toddler with a paperclip.
Can I add more charms later?
Yes. Pop into any of our three shops, or post the bracelet to us, and we'll fit the new hero free and post it straight back.
What sizes does the bracelet come in?
7.5" and 8.5", which covers most wrists.
Are they really solid silver?
Yes. Solid 925 sterling silver, not plated, so they won't flake or wear through.
How big are the charms?
About 10mm. Big enough to spot, small enough to wear every day.
Are they OK for children?

Will they tarnish?
Real silver can darken over time. A quick polish with a silver cloth brings it straight back.
Can I return them?
Yes, our normal returns apply: see our returns policy and T&Cs. Engraved Secret Identity discs are made to order, so they can't be returned for change of mind. If we get it wrong, we'll put it right.
