Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you’re welcome to return your item in accordance with the policy below.

We have a 14-day return policy*, which means you have up to 14 days after receiving your item to cancel your order and request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with any attached tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please fill out the returns form enclosed with your order and send with the item/s to the address shown on the form. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Orders that qualified for free delivery will incur a £10 processing fee when returned in full. This covers the original delivery and handling costs and will be deducted from your refund once your return has been received and checked.

When returning your item, make sure the parcel is sealed securely in a tamper proof box or envelope. We recommend using an insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for. 

We are not responsible for loss or damage of items when being returned. We do not refund return delivery costs on items returned to us, unless items are being returned due to a fault.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalised/engraved items). Earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned if the sealed hygiene packaging has been opened or removed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to show back in your account before contacting us. 

Returning Orders with Promotional Free Gifts
If you are returning an order in full that included a promotional free gift, the free gift must also be returned to qualify for a full refund.
If only part of your order is being returned, and you are keeping at least one item from the original order, the free gift is yours to keep.
