We reserve the right to reject an order should there have been a material error in the price advertised at time of order. Our online inventory reflects live stock from our physical stores. While we make every effort to keep stock levels updated, there may be rare occasions where an item ordered online has already sold or been reserved in-store. If this occurs, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
11. Pre-Loved Ring Sizing Policy
All of our pre-loved (second-hand) rings are one-of-a-kind pieces, individually sourced and carefully inspected by our team. Because these rings are unique, we offer professional resizing to suit a range of sizes listed on each product’s page. Where resizing is required, our expert jewellers adjust the ring using industry-standard techniques to ensure the best possible fit, while preserving the integrity and design of the piece. Please note that resizing may involve subtle changes to the shank or inside of the band, which are a normal part of the adjustment process. These changes do not affect the value or authenticity of the item.
12. Variation
We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on our website.
