Christmas Delivery Information

To guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, please place your order by Friday 19th December. Orders placed after this date may still arrive before Christmas; however, we are unable to guarantee this.

If you are ordering between 20th December and 23rd December and need your item urgently, please contact us on 01622 753754 before placing your order and we’ll be happy to advise on the expected delivery date. 

Please note that orders placed between 24th December and 29th December will not be dispatched until after 30th December.

We offer Free Delivery on all orders over £50.00.

For orders under £50.00, a delivery charge of £5.95 will apply. This will be automatically added during checkout. 

We aim to dispatch most items within 3 working days, please allow 5-7 days for your item to be delivered. Selected items may be subject to an additional lead time, for example personalised items. Where this is the case, we will contact you to advise of the expected delivery time. Please note that deliveries can take longer over public holidays. 

We typically use Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked & Signed For or Special Delivery service to send orders. 

Please note: In the event of late or non-delivery of your items please contact us and we will contact Royal Mail to track your package. In the event of a lost parcel, we can only offer a replacement or refund after the courier has confirmed the package as lost, which is usually up to 4 weeks.

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom.
