In Person
Most people look for a cash4gold service that is close by. We have three locations in Bexleyheath, Gravesend, Maidstone.
If you are close by, please just turn up with your gold.
We do not care about the condition of your item.
Remember, you need to bring I.D., so make sure you have it with you.
There is no limit to how much gold you can bring to our cash4gold service, so bring down a suitcase full if you want.
When you arrive, we will weigh your gold then give you our price for it.
Then all you have to do is decide if you want the cash or not. If yes, there will be some paperwork to sign, and that’s it!
Online
It is slightly more complicated to sell online, simply because you’re not able to visit us in person.
However, that does not mean it is a difficult process.
Please just carefully package up your gold and send it to one of the branches. As soon as we receive it, we will weigh it and determine the value.
Then we will advise you how much we will give you.
Don’t feel obliged to accept just because you are not there in person. You are perfectly within your rights to have the items returned if, in the unlikely event, you are unhappy with what we offer.
If you do want to sell, we will mail you your cash4gold, and that is it.
The whole online process is longer than if you came in person, but that is only because we rely on mail services which can sometimes be slow.
But this is a perfectly acceptable and viable alternative to turning up in person – and if you aren’t in a mad rush for cash, selling online might be a better option for you anyway!
